Adventures of Health exists for the person who is tired of restarting. You have tried to be disciplined. You have tried to “get it together.” You have tried to push through. And you have learned what most people eventually learn: willpower works until stress hits.
My work is a blend of health coaching, mental fitness, and life coaching. We train how you respond under pressure, how you feed your body, and how you build identity based habits that last.
This is not about perfection.
This is about becoming steady.
My path to health coaching didn’t start in a classroom—it started with movement, discipline, and a deep curiosity about what makes people thrive.
I began coaching at just 13 years old as a competitive gymnast, helping younger athletes find confidence in their bodies. That early love for coaching carried me into a career as a Physical Therapist, while I simultaneously pursued elite-level road cycling. Through years of self-coaching, I trained and competed across the U.S., eventually achieving a lifelong goal by winning the Nevada City Classic.
But success doesn’t always equal fulfillment.
After burning out in the medical field, I returned to school to earn my MBA, got married, became a mother, and eventually stepped into entrepreneurship—founding a fitness business for moms while competing as an elite age-group triathlete. On the outside, it looked like I was doing it all. On the inside, I was navigating constant transition, pressure, and disconnection from myself.
That season changed everything.

As I rebuilt my life and my career, I began questioning my relationship with alcohol—and through that process, I discovered something powerful: freedom isn’t about willpower. It’s about alignment. When I found my own freedom from alcohol, I uncovered a deeper passion for helping others release the habits, patterns, and beliefs that were quietly holding them back.
Today, I help women find freedom—not just from diets or destructive habits, but from the constant mental noise around food, health, and self-worth. I use the same principles that transformed my own life to help clients step out of restriction, self-sabotage, and “starting over Monday” thinking.
My goal isn’t to help you build a life you need to escape from.
It’s to help you build one that finally feels like home.
And now—let’s talk about you.
Because this journey isn’t about my story.
It’s about what’s possible for yours

Lasting weight loss is a byproduct of regulated habits, not punishment
Alcohol freedom happens when you build real relief, not more rules

Your mind and nervous system shape your choices more than your intentions
Health should feel calm, simple, and sustainable

Direct, compassionate coaching with practical tools
A plan that fits your real life
Support that builds self trust, not dependence
A focus on steady progress and long term fulfillment
